Easy installation

SCALA1 is designed for quick installation. The main steps are connecting the pipes, filling the pump with water and connecting to the mains. Once connected, the pump starts automatically when water is needed.

Self-priming operation

The self-priming function allows the pump to lift water from a level below the inlet and handle a mixture of air and water until it reaches normal pumping mode. The maximum recommended suction height is up to 8 m with a properly installed system.

Protections

  • Dry-running protection: the pump switches off automatically in the absence of water.
  • Protection against frequent switching on and off: limits cyclic operation in the event of small leaks or poorly closed taps.

Important during installation
