Installation
UNILIFT AP12 is suitable for permanent and portable installations. The pump can be installed vertically, inclined or horizontally, with the outlet at the highest point. It is available with a float for automatic start/stop or without a float for manual control via an external controller.
Start and stop levels
For proper operation of the float, the free length of the cable must be a minimum of 100 mm and a maximum of 250 mm. With a longer length, the starts are reduced and the difference in levels increases. With a shorter length, the starts are increased and the difference is reduced.
Operating modes
- Automatic mode: With float for automatic start/stop between two liquid levels.
- Manual mode: Without float, controlled by external controller or manual on/off.
- Single-phase pumps: With built-in thermal protection and capacitor.
- Three-phase pumps: Without built-in protection, require an external controller with motor protection.
Component materials
UNILIFT AP12 is constructed entirely of stainless steel for all hydraulic parts, which ensures exceptional strength, corrosion resistance and long service life.
